Job Overview

Skygoaltech is seeking a mid-level UX UI Designer for a full-time position in Hyderabad. This role involves crafting user-centric designs that enhance user experience and engagement across digital platforms. Ideal candidates should leverage their design skills to provide innovative and responsive web and mobile solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in using Figma for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on detail-oriented design and collaboration.
• Strong background in user research methodologies to gather valuable insights and feedback for optimizing and refining the user experience.
• Expertise in wireframing, capable of drafting impactful wireframes that clearly outline the skeleton of websites and applications.
• Skilled in prototyping to effectively simulate interactive and dynamic aspects of product designs before development.
• Proficient in conducting usability testing to assess and enhance user interaction with the design in a systematic manner.
• Solid understanding of responsive design techniques to ensure products function seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional interfaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept generation through final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluations, such as usability tests, to refine and improve design elements.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to enhance team productivity and visual coherence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to integrate fresh ideas and practices into design projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements, maintaining product quality and integrity.
• Iterate on design solutions consistently based on feedback, testing, and analytics to deliver outstanding final products.
