Job Description: Account Manager

Skydo  is looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer success  team. This role will report to the customer success lead  and will be responsible for improving activation and post-onboarding experience of Skydo customers. The successful candidate will also have monthly targets to meet. 

Role

1. Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of activations  and satisfaction.
2. Engage with onboarded customers on a frequent basis via multiple channels, call, email and Whatsapp.
3. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a revenue  generator in business development
4. Monitor customer health metrics, developing strategies to address areas of concern.
5. Conduct product demos for customers to explain the platform usage. 
6. Give feedback to the demand generation / sales  team on customer  quality based on interactions and feedback from customers.

Qualification & Skills

1. Strong academic record with 1-3  years of  b2b or SaaS sales experience
2. Excellent English communication skills,  persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
3. Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
4. strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
6. A passion for service excellence and improving the customer experience.

Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
