Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and generating new client acquisitions. This role is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess strong skills in business development, sales, US staffing, new client acquisitions, cold calling, and lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate with less than 1 year of experience into Sales/ Inside sales/ ERP sales/ Software sales focused for US market.
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of market trends and competition
- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Ability to deliver effective sales presentations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities to generate new leads
