Roles and Responsibilities
- Take calls from customers and do outbound calling.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Taking customer calls and solving queries.
- Conversion calls for the code creation.
- good communication skills.
- Tele Calling- We will provide hot lead data to Tele-caller and Tele caller has to call up to 100-150 numbers in a day.
- Manage Lead- Tele caller has to create an excel sheet at which he/she has to manage interested client details as given format and share final sheet with their reporting authorities by end of the day.
