Responsibility:
1. Daily visiting 25 to 33 Outlets and connecting new customers for connectivity of business.
2. Taking the orders booking from the customer and informing the operation head to deliver the order on time.
3. If it is payments issues from the customers, hence payments follow-up are handled by BDM or Salesman’s vise versa.
4. Discussing with the trade head and BDM regarding the bit plan of the route.
5. Follow-up with the Salesman’s according to the bit plan
6. customer products returntion follow-up.
7. Connecting new salesman Development analysis area for new business code.
8. If it is POD’s pending from the delivery boy’s, then that will be collected by Salesman’s or BDM.
9. Daily at least 4 to 5 connecting new customers, preparing bond with them and then taking the orders and informing the Accounts department to create the NEW code creation.
10. BDM -Tracking the CRM employees according to the bit plan.
11. BDM- Coordinating with the CRM for orders or payments collections.
12. CRM - Daily taking the orders from the customers and updating in the application(App).
13. Payment outstanding follow-up (Overdue).
14. Weekly twice follow-up the Existing customers for orders or payment collections.
15. Handling Credit notes, payment adjustment, retention
