Role: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor activities.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the assigned area.
• Utilize market insights to position products effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Sales:
• Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals.
• Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
• Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
• Visiting 15 Retailers & 3 Distributors on daily basis.
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the area.
• Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
3. Team Management:
• Managing and leading sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets.
• Conducting timely meetings with sales team members to review their performance.
• Resolving team member’s issues.
4. Customer Relationship:
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention.
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing with the manager.
5. Reports & MIS:
• Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management.
