PICKING and PACKING and CHECKING

Picking

1.      Maintain a clean and Hygienic rack area.

2.      Maintain put away stock on the rack with sufficient stock.

3.      Take the pick list, start search for the products based on picklist. Once received products put-on to tray and send for checking department.  

4.      Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

5.      Keep the products on tray separated, organized and in good rotation.

6.      Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

7.      Follow-up good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.

8.      Perform other duties as assigned by Operation Head.

Checking

1.      Picker once the picks the products and keep it on tray. Then Checker person is start to checking products according to picklist

For Eg: Products name, Batch number. MRP Price.

2.      If any changes in Picking products like batch number or MRP changes then we should mention the Round figure and change it. So that helpful changes made in software also.

3.      Highlight any corrections so that helpful for billing editing department.

4.      Once checking is done then move on to billing part.

5.      Billing person will do the Invoicing Process.

6.      Once Invoice is done then it moves for packing department.

7.      Perform other duties as assigned by Operation Head.

Packing

1.      Once received products with invoice then ready for packing department.

2.      Packer will pack the products accordingly.

3.      Keep the products separated, organized and in good rotation.

4.      Perform other duties as assigned by Operation Head.
