Roles and responsibilities

• Oversight of Outbound activities and processes and implantation of improved approaches. Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives.
• Monitoring customer returns ensures that they are checked properly and updated in the system within 24 hours. Executing regular inventory counts and supply audits to maintain stock hygiene. Timely training for the packing team to pack items properly to avoid transit damages Maintaining detailed records of stock levels and orders.
• 100% pharmacological checks are done by Pharmacists before dispensing orders, handling the EPC team for warehouse design completion, and completing HOTO as per company compliance.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions in DC and also maintaining Outbound and productivity reports of each employee
• Prioritizing customer service concerns. Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to address the key issues and seek resolution ideas in order to run the operation smoothly.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
• Assigning duties to staff on a shift basis as per operational requirements

Required Candidate profile

• The candidate must have knowledge of pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in operations, communications, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years operations experience
• Team management.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn and be able to convince the team.
