Roles and Responsibility

1. Handling total hospital sales and Services.
2. Follow-up for the payments.
3. preparing for the Billing(Invoice).
4. Making Claims work note and follow-up for the Credit Note with the supplier.
5. Follow-up for inventory like purchase orders, GRN, Checking etc.
6. Assigning and dividing the works to the subordinators based on priority.
7. Follow-up for the stock adjustment.
8. Continues follow-up of the Medical Representative for new clients with our existing company.
9. Requesting for the authorization for new Company’s with our clients and managers.
10. Sharing the details of Sales and closer to the medical representative.
11. Weekly once to visit the hospital and check the status of reports or query.
12. Visiting for a new client’s add-on to Skites.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Business head.
