Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team at Skites Pharma Pvt. Ltd. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the Bangalore area, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Daily Supplier Payments
• Supplier Ledger Reconciliation
• Data Entry
• Bank Reconcilalition
• Good Experience In Excel and Tally
• Assist in Audit Process
