Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage the reception area, including answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed.

Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.

Assist clients in filling out necessary forms and updating their personal information.

Provide clients with information about our services, packages, and promotions.

Coordinate with the clinical staff to ensure the smooth flow of appointments and client visits.

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Handle payment transactions and process invoices accurately.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and procedures.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
