Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate sales leads
- Present and promote Skill Xperts Academy's products and services to potential students
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs
- Provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding course details, enrollment, and fees
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager
