We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, close sales, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries on time.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
