Job Description:

• Provide support in LAN environments and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain and manage hardware, networking, Windows OS, Office, and peripherals like printers/scanners.
• Ensure enterprise-wide security, including Cyber Security, Anti-Virus, Firewall, etc.
• Collaborate with your team to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Supervise system modifications and guide your team through technical obstacles.
• Set clear goals for the team and drive them to success.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support with a focus on networking.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, and enterprise security.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
