Experience and Qualifications:

● Bachelor/ Diploma degree in architecture or interior design

● 4-6 Years of work experience in an Architecture/ ID or Design practice

● Strong understanding of architectural design, detail and techniques

● Knowledge of various kinds of structural materials and construction procedures

● Should be able to execute quick and accurate 2D & 3D design and construction

documents

● Ability to accomplish projects alongside the Lead Architect under tight constraints

● Ability to work freely with minimum supervision with adherence to systems and

procedures

● Able to communicate design ideas verbally and visually

● Curious and willing, ability to take guidance and work as a team

● Problem-solving, judgement, time-management and organisational skills are

essential

Technical Skills:

● Fluent user of AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray, Lumion rendering

● Fluent user of Microsoft office (Excel particularly)

● Fluent user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
