About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on the facilitation of business loans, personal loans, and other lending services. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailor-made financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate loan products.

Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess the creditworthiness of clients and facilitate the loan approval process.

Manage the end-to-end loan process, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Identify and tap into new markets and business opportunities to promote loan products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive loan product sales and customer acquisition.

Regularly review and report on loan portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the lending business, ensuring that products and services remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial sector, specifically in roles related to business loans, personal loans, or other lending services.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a lending-focused role.

Strong understanding of the lending market, including product knowledge, credit assessment processes, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing the loan process.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to achieving business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation:

Competitive salary package, with a CTC of up to 6 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
