Job Overview


We are hiring a US Onboarding Specialist to join our team at As a US Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that new employees are successfully integrated into the company and their respective roles. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in onboarding processes and procedures. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India and the employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in onboarding processes and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of background verification (BGV), I9 verification, and US tax forms
  • Familiarity with drug test compliance requirements
  • Experience in US onboarding for a diverse workforce
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new employees in the US
  • Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's policies, procedures, and culture
  • Manage the paperwork and documentation required for the onboarding process, including background checks, I9 verification, tax forms, and drug test compliance
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Provide support and guidance to new employees during the onboarding period
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to onboarding in the US
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, resources, and tools
  • Assist in training new employees on timekeeping and timesheet submission processes
