Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled US Onboarding professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a US Onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and integration of new clients into our organization. This includes coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, from initial setup to ongoing support. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in client onboarding or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of onboarding strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
