Job Overview
Mid-Level System Administrator role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Full-Time employment with 4 to 6 years of experience. Syrahealth is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's computer systems, networks, and servers. You will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the infrastructure, troubleshoot any issues, and provide technical support to internal users.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a System Administrator or a related role
- Strong knowledge of CCNA, Linux, Microsoft Products, MCSA, and System Administration
- Experience with system and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies and platforms are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the company's computer systems, networks, and servers
- Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform regular system and network backups and ensure data integrity
- Install, configure, and update necessary software and hardware components
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or areas of improvement
- Provide technical support to internal users and assist with IT-related inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT solutions
- Manage user accounts and access controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
