Proposal Writer

 This key position receives, reviews, analyzes, and breaks down public & private sector Requests for Proposal (RFP) Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and similar documents.

The Proposal Writer develops, organizes, writes, reviews, and revises all proposal related activity and engages corporate and operational stakeholders to meet set timelines. 

The Proposal Writer develops, organizes, writes, reviews and revises Proposals, Quotes, and other information based on the RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and with input from RADcube leadership.

· Attention to detail is essential as the Proposal Writer is responsible for ensuring proposals, quotes, and other deliverables are compliant to the request, they are clear and well-written, persuasive, are of high quality, and are consistent with Paragon Systems’ corporate culture and mission.

·The Proposal Writer will also be responsible for other Business Development documentation, including Key Personnel resumes, past performance information, contract deliverables, and the company newsletter.

· Establishes the Proposal response plan; develops, organizes, writes, reviews and revises Proposals, Quotes, and other information based on the RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements.

·The Proposal Writer is responsible to ensure that Proposals, Quotes, and other deliverables are compliant to the request
