Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JIRA-ADMIN.NET professional to join our team. This role requires a Senior candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type for this position is Part-Time and Remote.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a JIRA-ADMIN.NET professional
• JIRA certification is highly desired
• Strong technical skills and experience with JIRA and related Atlassian products
• Experience with Confluence Server is a plus
• Experience with JIRA Software development and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Part-Time availability and the ability to work remotely

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain JIRA instances for multiple projects and teams
• Create and manage custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards in JIRA
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA configuration, performance, and integrations
• Collaborate with development teams to define JIRA best practices and implement process improvements
• Train and support users on JIRA functionality and usage
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure JIRA aligns with overall project management processes
