Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing talented IT professionals on bench positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
• Proven track record of successful placements
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and market trends
• Familiarity with job portals such as Job Diva and Monster
• Experience with Form W-2 and 1099 preparation
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for bench positions in the IT industry
• Maintain a bench of qualified professionals and actively market them to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of placements
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to candidates
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets
