JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment collections and loan recovery.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to financial services.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
