JOB DESCRIPTION:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the EdTech industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the educational technology market.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales activities accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance.
