Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Franchisee Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors, engaging them, and converting them into franchise partners. This role is crucial in expanding our franchise network and driving the growth of our business. The candidate should either be a fresh graduate from a premium B-school or possess relevant experience in selling franchises, preferably in the Edtech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential investors interested in franchise opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, etc.).
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees by understanding their needs and presenting the benefits of partnering with our brand.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade and convert prospective investors into franchise partners by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for franchise expansion.
- Franchise Agreement: Assist in the negotiation and finalization of franchise agreements, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are clearly communicated and understood.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential franchisees and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align strategies and ensure seamless onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and best practices in franchise sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from a premium B-school (freshers are welcome) OR relevant experience in franchise sales, with a preference for experience in Edtech franchisee sales.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchisee sales.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and present complex business concepts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of the Edtech industry and its market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
