We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Strata Management team in Australia. You will manage day-to-day office tasks, prepare financial reports, and handle accounting operations using Strata Master software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office duties (answering calls, emails, filing, data entry).
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, statements, and notices for clients.
  • Maintain and update accounting records.
  • Reconcile bank transactions, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients on administrative matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or strata management.
  • Knowledge of Australian strata legislation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and Strata Master.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
