Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored travel solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about travel packages, destinations, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel trends.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
