Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Senior: 10-12 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in regional or zonal level, preferably from rice / parboiling industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve sales objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region through lead generation and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including regular visits and business reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact sales
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services
- Conduct sales training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, pricing, and value propositions
