The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an interior project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. 

Responsibilities

1) Project execution along with management of Contractors, Suppliers and Designers

2) Site inspections and measurements with the Client/Design team

3) Material Quality control, Material Inventory management and optimization

4) Procurement Management - Cost optimization, Verification of Supplier/Contractors bills/invoices

5) Project Scope includes all kinds of works such as Civil, Carpentory, Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, Finishing works, etc.

6) Project Plan preparation, tracking, progress reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to SKD management and customer as per requirement

7) Planned V/S Actual tracking and reporting of Project Scope, Cost and Timelines

8) Collaboration with Design team

9) Ensure excellent finishing and successful Site handover to the client

10) After sales service to the client as per the terms

Qualifications

1) Interior Designer/Architect with minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in executing Turn Key Interior projects

2) Strong analytical and problem solving skills

3) Ability to be able to multi-task with constantly changing priorities

4) Strong organization and follow up skills are required

5) Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Microsoft Office, 3DS, AutoCad, etc. is preferred
