Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at SK Design Studio. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in interior design and site supervision
• Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Degree in interior design or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the execution of interior design projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with design plans, codes, and regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship and finishes meet the highest standards
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all project sites
