Position Overview:

As a Senior Interior Designer, will assume a leadership role within design team, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise to drive excellence in design and client satisfaction, will oversee the execution of high-profile residential interior projects from concept to completion, demonstrating mastery in space planning, material selection, and project management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Design Leadership: Lead the design team in the conceptualization and development of innovative interior design solutions for high-end residential projects. Provide creative direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

·        Client Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through attentive communication, proactive engagement, and personalized service. Conduct initial consultations, understand client objectives, and present design proposals that align with their vision, lifestyle, and budgetary considerations.

·        Project Management: Assume overall responsibility for project oversight, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to facilitate seamless project execution.

·        Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts and solutions that reflect the unique aesthetic preferences and functional requirements of each client. Translate conceptual ideas into tangible design plans, sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings for client presentation and approval.

·        Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced design software and tools to produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation that communicate design intent accurately. Review architectural plans, identify opportunities for enhancement, and provide expert input on interior elements and finishes.

·        Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, articulating design concepts, rationale, and value proposition effectively. Use visual aids, mood boards, and digital tools to convey design ideas and solicit feedback, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.

·        Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the design process. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and reviews to monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualification & Experience:

·        B.Arch/M.Arch/B.Des/Diploma in interiors

·        Proven experience of 5-7 years in residential interior design, preferably in the home interiors industry.

·        Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V Ray

Required Skills:

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

·        Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

·        Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative abilities.
