We are seeking an experienced Interior Purchase Executive to join our team at Skandhanshi Interius. As an Interior Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing interior products and materials for our company. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Interior Purchase Executive or similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and materials
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source, negotiate, and purchase interior products and materials for our company
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Collaborate with the interior design team to understand project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in the interior design industry
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing
  • Coordinate with the finance department to process payments
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers
