Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our top-level executives in Skandhanshi Retail Pvt Ltd. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to top-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minutes taking.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage expense reports and handle invoice processing.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective communication and coordination.
