The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Shopify App Developer to join our remote team. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative, high-performance Shopify apps that enhance the e-commerce experience for businesses worldwide. If you have a passion for React.js, a strong grasp of Laravel, and enjoy a dynamic Shopify development environment, this is the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Architect and develop custom Shopify apps from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration with the Shopify platform.
• Front-End Mastery: Utilize React.js to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight Shopify merchants.
• Back-End Power: Build robust and scalable back-end solutions using Laravel and PHP to power app functionality.
• Shopify Expertise: Leverage Shopify's APIs and App Bridge to create apps that align with best practices and enhance the merchant experience.
• Integration Focus: Integrate diverse systems and data sources using REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Cloud Optimization: Optimize app performance and infrastructure using Cloudflare for enhanced speed and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers in an agile environment, utilizing GitHub for effective version control.

Must-Have Skills

• React.js: Extensive experience building dynamic user interfaces with React.js, including component-based architecture and state management.
• Laravel and PHP: Strong command of Laravel and PHP, with proven experience in building robust back-ends.
• Shopify App Development: Demonstrable experience in developing custom Shopify apps using Shopify APIs and App Bridge.
• API Development & Integration: Understanding of RESTful API principles and experience integrating with various third-party APIs.
• Cloudflare: Familiarity with Cloudflare for web optimization and security.
• GitHub: Proficiency in using GitHub for code collaboration and version control.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js)
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Experience developing Shopify themes
• Familiarity with GraphQL
