Skills
- Should have experience in Injection Molding Machine.
- Must have knowledge on ultrasonic machine or laser welding machine
- You will be covering all India and will have to travel all over India whenever required.
- Your focus would be in Service of our products which are Laser Welding, Laser Cutting and Laser Marking.
- Product service by implementing sales plans.
- To Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Manage personnel and develop service and sales support staff.
- Support customers and In-house (Sales, Admin and Operations).
- Install and commission critical power supply equipment and associated electrical equipment.
- Maintain and service critical power supply equipment and associated electrical equipment.
- Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels.
- Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Metered are understood and met.
- Ensure that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff within Metered to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients.
