* You will be covering all India and will have to travel all over India whenever required.

* Your focus would be in marketing & selling of our products which are Laser Welding, Laser Cutting and Laser Marking.

* Product sales by implementing sales plans.

* To manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

* To Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

* Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.

* Review progress of sales roles throughout the company.

* Candidate must have sold any Injection Molding Machinery.
