Job Title: Mentor Teacher

Role Overview:

Mentors at Sisya Class form a bridge between short-term programs and student long-term success. You'll provide academic and emotional support, support teachers during sessions, and will be responsible for playing an important part in sales conversions by being available to the parents with issues and to pitch our long-term programs.

Responsibilities:

Homework support with doubts clarification

Student progress discussion and clarification of Sisya Features

Parent queries resolution.

Drive assigned conversion rates.

Skills Needed:

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Sales and persuasion skills, especially for EdTech products.

Organizational skills to follow up and convert.
