Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and effective designs that capture our brand's essence. You'll develop innovative designs for various media, collaborating with our marketing, communications, and product teams.

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Key Responsibilities:

Design:

1. Create engaging designs for digital and print Materials, & Video Editing

2. Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity.

3. Design marketing materials (social media graphics, email templates, landing pages).

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with marketing, communications, and product teams.

2. Receive feedback and incorporate changes.

Production:

1. Prepare designs for print and digital production.

2. Ensure design consistency across all materials.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience:

- 2+ years of graphic design experience.

- 1+ Years of Exp.

Skills:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD.

- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with UI/UX design.

- Knowledge of motion graphics.

- Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS).
