The Human Resources Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, reviewing employee performance and providing feedback to the employee with the goal of improving their performance, and training new and existing employees.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Developing talent pipelines and sourcing qualified candidates. Identifying talent within your organization. Recruiting candidates through both internal referrals and external job boards to fill current or future vacancies.
Interviewing: Conducting interviews to determine qualifications of prospective employees. Following up after interviews to offer feedback to the candidate on their performance.
Hiring: Negotiating offers with prospective employees. Negotiating salary ranges with prospective employees during the interview process.
Performance Management: Providing feedback on employee performance through daily, weekly monthly reviews, coaching sessions, one-on-one meetings, or other means in order to help them improve their performance.
Training: Ensuring that all of your employees are trained on company policies.
Oversee payroll functions
Administer benefits programs for full time employees
Ensure that all employees are following company policy and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in human resources management or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills (especially in crisis situations.
Sound knowledge in IT and Software industry is an add-on.
Salary: Negotiable.
