Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer, with 7 to 10 years in a similar role
• Proficient in using design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, and ETABS
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects
• Supervise and provide guidance to the team members involved in the project
• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and work schedules
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase
• Resolve any design or construction-related issues that may arise during the project
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering technology and techniques
