Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Manager to join our team at SINCLUS, a leading staffing services provider. As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety protocols and procedures in our various projects and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations. This is a full-time position based in Panipat, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure industry
• Strong knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to identify and assess potential safety hazards and implement effective control measures
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other safety management software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of project sites to identify any potential hazards or safety issues
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Train and educate employees on safe work practices and procedures
• Investigate and report on any workplace accidents or incidents, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken
• Manage and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports, records, and training materials
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate safety practices into project planning and execution
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in safety technology
• Lead safety meetings and initiatives to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
