Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials for project implementation
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and ensure all parties are informed of project status and changes
• Support the resolution of project-related problems and conflicts
• Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
