Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves troubleshooting, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our machine learning platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill): Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset to handle client interactions.
- Machine Learning (Mandatory skill): Understanding of machine learning concepts and practices.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate solutions to customers.
- Problem Solving: High proficiency in logical thinking to identify and propose effective solutions to technical challenges.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical frameworks and systems-related concepts.
- Python: Proficiency in Python for scripting and diagnosis purposes.
- JavaScript: Ability to use JavaScript for client-side troubleshooting and resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to our machine learning platform.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest feature enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to help them understand and effectively use our platform.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the creation of reference documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the support process.
