Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our vibrant team in Bangalore. As a Solutions Engineer, you will use your technical expertise to assist our clients in deploying and optimizing our AI solutions. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the AI, Machine Learning, or software development fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle client issues efficiently.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in collaborating within a team, sharing knowledge, and driving growth.
• Sales acumen to recognize and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Simplismart's solutions.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose the appropriate AI solutions provided by Simplismart.
• Assist clients in deploying Simplismart's AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.
• Provide technical support to customers to help resolve any issues related to our AI platform.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on optimizing the use of Simplismart's platform.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous enhancement of our offerings.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, best practices, and solutions provided to the clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and MLOps to provide informed solutions to our clients.
