Job Overview

Simplismart is seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-end code within a collaborative engineering environment. Candidates should have up to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in frontend development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with React (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of Next.js (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding of HTML and its best practices
• Expertise in CSS, including Flexbox and Grid layout techniques
• Familiarity with Vue.js framework
• Ability to translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features for our core platform using React and Next.js
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Collaborate with backend developers and lead UI designers to improve usability
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development
