Please find the JD: Inside Sales Specialist
Job responsibilities include:
* New customer acquisition in the assigned geography.
* Customer relationship management for existing customers in the assigned geography.
* Cross selling from current product portfolio.
* Identifying opportunities of adding new courses to the existing product portfolio .
* Preparing short-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
* Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives .
* Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies.
* Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
* Revenue and expense reporting for the assigned geographies.
Job requirements:
*Experience- 6 month to 1.5 years in sales
* Open to work between 6.30pm – 4.30am (Night Shift)
* Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
* Graduate in any discipline
* Neutral accent for interacting with global customer base
* Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
