Inside Sales Specialist / Manager – Individual Contributor

Bengaluru, India, Full-Time – On-Site

Pay Range: 4,00,000 to 7,00,000 INR inclusive of 25% variable

Job Description

1. Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
2. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
3. Proactively identifying cross-­­selling/up-­­selling opportunities with existing customers.
4. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

Desired skills

1.  6+ months of experience in inside sales or b2c sales is preferred.
2. Bachelor's is mandatory.
