Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Field Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and enhancing our brand's market presence in our target locations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management to maintain and build customer rapport.
- In-depth product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle tasks and meet deadlines.

- Problem solving ability to quickly address and resolve any sales-related issues.
