Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team at Simba Staffing Pvt Ltd. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions based in the United States. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and possess excellent communication skills, good English proficiency, strong team collaboration abilities, effective time management skills, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Less than 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in US IT positions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong team collaboration abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to overcome recruitment challenges
• Familiarity with recruitment software and databases
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates for IT positions based in the United States
• Review resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
• Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT recruitment
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
