Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team at Simba Staffing Pvt Ltd. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions based in the United States. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and possess excellent communication skills, good English proficiency, strong team collaboration abilities, effective time management skills, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Less than 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in US IT positions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong team collaboration abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to overcome recruitment challenges
- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates for IT positions based in the United States
- Review resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
