Job Description
- Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere.
- Direct sales experience is an added Advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil languages.
- Experience in MS office.
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and redirecting calls to respective offices.
- Organizing, and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
- Explaining the plans to the clients
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
- Only female candidates are preferred.
